Victoria Release Party

Join us for our first ever release party for our first ever Bordeaux blend!
We will start by welcoming you with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc after being sat. You will enjoy this during our opening presentation.
Our first course will include a glass of Rosé paired with poached pear & brie bites. We will serve these with cherrywood smoked bacon topped with candied walnuts and dried cranberries.
The second course is another 2 part dish paired with a glass of inaugural 2020 Victoria – Bordeaux Blend. Enjoy our plated crostini topped with dill Havarti, grilled flank steak and braised wine grapes with coq au vin stuffed mushroom with boursin cheese.
Our final course will include an assortment of mini desserts. You will have the chance to order a wine of your choice to finish the night.
- Sauvignon Blanc – dry and crisp – citrus notes
- Rosé – dry and refreshing – notes of berries – made with grenache grapes
- Victoria – full body dry red Bordeaux blend – 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc, 8% Petit Verdot
